要打给一位顾客拿Income Tax号码

然后就再打给Mr. Tan拿Income Tax号码
结果我打去的时候
我:" Good afternoon, can i speak to Ms.Ng?"

"ya.. can i know your income tax no. ? cause i need to filling a form"
"nono! I'm not Ms. Ng la boy, i'm Mr. Tan"
